These videos are apropos to a Halloween ritual that one might find on the streets of Chapel Hill. Only they were filmed in India. I don't think I've run across them inadvertently, and hopefully they are not a "great secret" concealed by ALIPAC for many centuries.

I didn't see the speech but I would imagine there are a lot of things other than intoxication that could explain the symptoms you described. For example, fatigue, stress, sleep deprivation, prescribed medications, etc. Is it really fair to speculate based solely on observation? Isn't that basically the same as identifying someone as an illegal alien simply because they're mexican and were heard speaking spanish? Just saying.....
