Obama’s games: Rules? What rules?

The Obama administration is so appallingly eager to grant amnesty to illegal aliens that it not only did an end run around Congress but is ignoring its own eligibility rules for doing so.
First, by executive fiat, it circumvented congressional refusal to pass the DREAM Act. Now, it’s not even abiding by the DREAM Act-style guidelines it set for illegals’ “deportation halt” eligibility, including being in the United States for at least five years, the House Judiciary Committee chairman tells The Washington Times.
Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, says he’s obtained internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Citizenship and Immigration Services documents that show the administration’s ignoring its own 60-day amnesty implementation timetable, canceling deportations of illegals here less than five years and actively searching for “apparently eligible” illegals to drop their deportation cases.
The agencies say they’re just dealing with cases already in the system, as was always intended, and with “humanitarian” cases, particularly those of illegals brought here as children.
They also say their agents’ training covers acceptable documents for proof of illegals’ eligibility. Rep. Smith says such standards are lacking.
The administration’s latest moves to coddle illegals display ever more brazen disregard of Americans’ will, the rule of law and the separation of powers — all for political gain in a presidential election year.
ObamaWe have immigration laws that just need to be enforced.

The transparent administration is so obviously working to pump the voting roles with illegal aliens, it makes one wonder if they represent this country or themselves and their own personal agendas'
