Police have arrested three more people in connection with last week’s violent demonstrations after a Donald Trump rally in San Jose. A fourth person is being sought.
Two San Jose teens, 16 and 17, were booked on a felony count of assault with a deadly weapon.
They were not identified because they are minors.
A third teen, age 16, of Milpitas, a city north of San Jose, was booked on a misdemeanor count of battery, according to a police statement.
Police released photos of a fourth person they are searching for and asked the public’s help in identifying him.

The arrests come a day after San Jose police identified three men already in custody in connection with the June 3 protests. The three were each booked on a felony count of assault with a deadly weapon. A fourth man was booked on a misdemeanor count of refusal to disperse, authorities said.
Police did not release details about what weapons the suspects were alleged to have used in the attacks.
The rally was one of several held in California before Tuesday’s primary election. Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, has typically drawn large crowds that often turn boisterous.
Dozens were arrested during demonstrations in Costa Mesa and Anaheim. Protesters in the Bay Area city of Burlingame temporarily blocked the real estate developer from entering a hotel for a speech. But the rally in San Jose appeared to be more intense.
A dozen or more people were punched, at least one person was pelted with an egg and Trump hats grabbed from supporters were set on fire.
Some protesters banged on the cars of Trump supporters and chased after those on foot as they left the rally.
San Jose police said they identified the three teenagers through video footage that showed them separately attacking Trump supporters, some of whom were chased and tackled.

Three of them are 18, 19 and 19 and another one is 17 who could be turning 18 by November, so at least 3 maybe 4 are old enough to vote and join the military. They aren't old enough to buy beer, but probably by most standards old enough to be political. This age group represents a large portion of Bernie Supporters. Not sure why they're attracted to Bernie other than the "get the rich" and "free college" platforms.

To find out what people, especially fellow law enforcement think about what happened at the San Jose Trump Rally and the SJPD, go to the San Jose Police Dept., the San Jose Police Department (2 separate sites) and San Jose Police Officers Association Facebook accounts. People are outraged especially fellow law enforcement. I am embarrassed to admit that I lived and raised my kids in the Santa Clara County. It used to be a safe community, but now it is being added to my "no go list"

San Jose (/ˌsæn hoʊˈzeɪ/; Spanish for Saint Joseph), sometimes stylized as San José, is the third-largest city by population in California, the tenth-largest by population in the United States,[14] and the county seat of Santa Clara County. San Jose is the largest city within the Bay Area and the largest city in Northern California.
Before the arrival of the Spanish, the area around San José was inhabited by the Ohlone people. San Jose was founded on November 29, 1777, as San José de Guadalupe, the first civilian town in the Spanish colony of Alta California.[15] The city served as a farming community to support Spanish military installations at San Francisco and Monterey. When California gained statehood in 1850, San Jose served as its first capital.[16]
After more than 150 years as a small farming community, the San Jose area in the mid-20th century contained some of the last undeveloped land near San Francisco Bay. It then began to experience rapid population growth, much of it coming from veterans returning from World War II. San Jose then continued its aggressive expansion during the 1950s and 1960s by annexing more land area. The rapid growth of the high-technology and electronics industries further accelerated the transition from an agricultural center to an urbanized metropolitan area.
By the 1990s, San Jose's location within the booming local high tech industry earned the city the nickname "Capital of Silicon Valley". San Jose is now considered to be a global city,[17] and notable for its affluence[18][19][20][21] and high cost of living.[22] The U.S. Census Bureau estimated the population of the city to be 1,015,785 as of July 1, 2014.[23]
