One of the most dangerous things is the ignore the Constitution. Right now, the Fed is using "case law" to fight AZ 1070 and forgetting what our country was founded on. It is a shame that neither side can uphold what our founding fathers did for us...

They have not used anything yet...nothing has made it to a trial. We are only in the pre-lim stages for standing and merit.

On to the next round. She only addressed what she thought the Feds would go after. It will get more interesting in the next court.
