U.N. Report Written By American Pro-Immigrant Groups

This report was not written by the U.N., but was written by a number of American pro-immigrant groups and individuals in response to the official U.S. report to the U.N., "2007 Periodic Report of the United States of America." According to the ACLU, "The U.S. government failed to adequately address problems of widespread racial and ethnic discrimination in America at hearings before the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in Geneva despite testimony from the American Civil Liberties Union and dozens of human rights groups highlighting the existence of pervasive racism in this country."

Following are portions of the report which may be of interest. Also, if you would like to contact the U.N. directly to voice your opinion, the email addresses for the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racism/U.N. Office for Human Rights are:

    United States of America.

IV. The Discriminatory Impact of U.S. Immigration Enforcement on the Rights of Immigrants

    1. Immigrant and refugee communities in the U.S. have been subjected to a range of abuses and assaults in recent years: systematic human rights violations directed by the federal government, local, county and state governments, law enforcement agents, employers and private citizen groups. Working collaboratively, they have advanced hundreds of measures that deny immigrants and refugees due process rights, a living wage, labor protections, and adequate public safety.

Constitution of the united states prevents any outside force deciding what laws we have or do not have. The scary thing is that 2 replacements on the supreme court on the liberal side could say that borders are unconstutional. This sounds far fetched but liberals think it is outdated and free for modern developments and interpretation -in other words, they dont care what it says

Does this mean that a report can also be filed with the U.N. by anti-illegal immigration groups, lawyers, judges, politicians (at all levels of government), etc. outlining the assault on America by illegals, these subversive OBL groups, and the Mexican government?

Looking at the names on that report I would say that a lot of them are recent arrivals to the US---obviously willing to bite the hand that feeds them. And, in all fairness, how about issuing a report on other countries that are even harsher on illegal migrants---like Cuba or Vietnam or N. Korea? And National Lawyers Guild should try practicing in Russia if they are so interested in "rights"--since it was started by the Stalinist Communist Party, anyway.

But these groups are small peanuts. The big players are the unions and the Roman Catholic Church. What they are doing should be adeqaute grounds for RICO action, after all Mafia type movements have been one of the big skeletons in the Catholic Church's history, so today isn't any different.

Anybody willing to be the plaintiff?

Such reports never say what uncontrolled illegal immigration is doing to the US or it's citizens.

As far as this report goes it is plain to see they would have us ignore all of our laws, open the borders and let illegals from all over the world invade and take over the US. NO Soveringty for the United States is what they want.

I am so sick and tired of all the Political Correct Cr--!!!
These groups that would take over our country need some silencing as they try to do to the American Citizens!

WE WANT OUR COUNTRY BACK And Our Laws Enforced!

Yes, it does. I mentioned above that I think William and other head honchos should submit a report to the U.N.
