Mexico asks court to reject Ariz. immigration law
Mexico asks court to reject Ariz. immigration law

PHOENIX (AP) - Mexico is asking a federal court to declare the state's new immigration law unconstitutional.
Lawyers for Mexico on Tuesday submitted a legal brief in support of a lawsuit challenging the law.
The law generally requires police investigating another incident or crime to ask people about theirimmigration status if there's a "reasonable suspicion" they're in the country illegally.
It also makes being in Arizona illegally a misdemeanor, and it prohibits seeking day-labor work along the state's streets.
Mexico says its interest in having consistent relations with the United States shouldn't be frustrated by one state.
Mexico also says it has a legitimate interest in defending its citizens' rights and that the law would lead to racial profiling.

I'LL JUST BE D**NED THIS MAN AND HIS GOVERNMENT NEED TO STOP MEDDLING IN THIS COUNTRY'S BUSINESS AND WHY WOULD ANY JUDGE IN THIS COUNTRY LISTEN TO ANYTHING HE HAS TO SAY HE HAS A RIGHT TO PROTECT THE INTEREST OF HIS CITIZENS, AND THE ONES HE IS SPEAKING OF IS IN THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY SO TAKE THEM HOME AND PROTECT THEIR INTEREST THERE IN MEXICO. ITS REALLY OBVIOUS THAT HE WANT THEM OVER HERE SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TO SEND MONEY BACK HOME TO MEXICO. AND I THINK ITS AWFUL THAT OUR VERY OWN GOVERNMENT TOLERATES HIS MEDDLING IN THE BUSINESS OF THE U.S.A. WHEN HE CAN'T EVEN RUN HIS OWN COUNTRY THIS REALLY MAKES ME MAD TO SEE THIS GOING ON.

They see all those $$$$$$ going away.
Shouldn't Mexico go through the State Department instead of submitting to our courts directly? It is a foreign country.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at https://eepurl.com/cktGTn

"Mexico also says it has a legitimate interest in defending its citizens' rights and that the law would lead to racial profiling. "
So he is saying that HIS (mexico) citizens are under his (mexican) jurisdiction while they are illegally in this country?
hmmmm, interesting for the anchor baby argument and the 14th (Under the jurisdiction)
I've said forever that any illegal alien in this country is still a foreign national and has the protection of their embassy , They are NOT under legal jurisdiction of this country.
