Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is asking authorities to release details about the immigration status of the 20 year old suspect the New York Post is reporting they are holding at a New York hospital in connection with the bombing of today's marathon in Boston.

Fox News is reporting that this suspect has suffered severe burns.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism revealed on March 20, 2013, that Obama's Department of Homeland Security (DHS), recently so focused on helping illegal immigrants with amnesty legislation instead of defense from terrorism, planned to add Saudi Arabia to the "Trusted Traveler" program. This news raised the ire of lawmakers like Rep. Frank Wolf, R-VA, who pointed out that 15 of the 19 terrorists who hijacked airliners and killed nearly 3,000 people were from Saudi Arabia.

"We would like to know if the Saudi Arabian citizen currently being held as a suspect is in America illegally, or on a visa of some sort, or here through Obama and Napolitano's new Trusted Traveler program for Saudis," asked William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "If authorities have the right suspect, our first questions as a nation should be 'how did this terrorist get into America and who helped him conduct this attack?' Where did our defenses and defenders fail us?"

ALIPAC is currently fully deployed against the expected immigration reform bill which will promise more border security and immigration enforcement to American in exchange for a form of amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants that no longer exist according to the Associated Press.

This attack in Boston by a foreign national may harm the efforts of the Gang of Eight to pass an immigration reform bill since a foreign national may have just bombed innocent civilians in a major US city causing mass casualties. The bill that is expected to be filed tomorrow is expected to allow illegal aliens to stay in America while increasing current historically high legal immigration levels by another 50%.

"They should delay rushing any immigration reform legislation until authorities and the American media can tell us where our immigration system and current terrorism defense agencies like Napolitano's Department of Homeland Security failed us today in Boston," said William Gheen. "Our government is failing at its most basic and important obligation to protect American citizens from those that would come from outside of our nation here to cause us harm through the theft of jobs, depreciation of our wages, elections fraud, drug smuggling and violent crimes, stolen taxpayer resources, and terrorism like what we see today in Boston."
