Breaking: Major court victory against Obama's illegal alien amnesty decrees

Our main mission at ALIPAC right now has been to stop or slow the illegal alien advance while the court case backed by 26 states and 113 members of Congress progresses! It has been our collective activism that has fueled that court case and pressured so many states and lawmakers to join it!

We are pleased to report that there is substantial breaking news that favors our position that Obama's illegal alien amnesty orders are unlawful and unconstitutional.

The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals just denied Obama's Justice Department to halt Judge Hanen's injunctions. This means that now two powerful courts find there is substantial evidence that Obama is in the wrong and the order that all executive action amnesty processing is to be halted!
