Thread: Another Gilchrist Phony Defamation Case Thrown Out of Court!

Subject: Gilly the Clown defeats himself in court once again.


Gilly the Clown had his frivolous defamation lawsuit against me and Chelene Nightingale thrown out of court today. Our Attorney’s will be seeking appropriate fees from little Jimbo. Next week the court will throw out the Eichler’s ridiculous case as well. He will also be forced to pay us. I figure these fools have wasted at least $75,000 (likely donated money) with these lawsuits if you include their Attorney fees with what they are being forced to pay us.



So far these scam artists are refusing to obey the law and pay the judgments against them.

Our Attorneys will seize their assets one way or another.

These cowardly criminals cannot hide from the law.

I keep getting his e-mails, and at least 3 times in the mail he ask's for donations.
I would advise people to be carefull about those donations, what is he doing with the money?
Can you say mounting court costs!!!!
