“Why not a cover charge?â€

In his blogs for the Center for Immigration Studies, David North is using the terms 'migration" and "migrants" -- also is used by the amnesty-supporting United States Council of Catholic Bishops and the United Nations in their "universal rights of migrants" (sic) campaigns -- in place of "immigration" and "immigrant".
