Democrats: Medi-Cal for Illegal Aliens

Democrat Senator Lou Correa on February 22, 2008 submitted SB 1540.

It clearly allows a "pilot"program" in Orange County that would end the requirement to prove you are in this country legally to qualify for Medi-Cal. What he forgets is that if the Democrats in Sacramento pass this legislation the Federal government will CUT our funding. It is illegal to give health care protection to illegal aliens, except in emergency situations. The Democrats are putting our whole system of Medi-Cal in danger, to promote illegal aliens.

Lou Correa pretends to be a moderate Democrat. He got lots of Chamber of Commerce support for his election. That money could have been used to elected responsible conservatives. Instead the Chamber elected a radical who believes law violators are better than honest citizens. Officials represent those who elect them. Does this mean that Correa believes he was elected by illegal aliens. Certainly his district, in Central Orange County is a major center of illegal aliens.

This is a Democrat that proudly voted for the unbalanced budget, and now wants to raise taxes on the poor and middle class of his district. Will he vote for the soon to be Democrat sponsored gas tax increase? How about ending the mortgage tax deduction? How many Hispanics will lose their homes due to that?

This so called "moderate" has not spoken out against the release of 30,000 criminals to the streets of California, many of whom will be back on the streets of Santa Ana, in his district.

Shame on Lou Correa for demeaning the honest, hard working people of his district in favor of those who over crowd the schools, crowd out elderly from emergency medical facilities. Now he wants to crowd out children and elderly from Medi-Cal in favor of law breakers. Shame on him and shame on those business leaders who thought that donations would cause him to be responsible. with every vote for higher taxes, more government, unsafe streets, unbalanced budgets, and giving Medi-Cal to illegal aliens, he laughs at those donors.

Just gotta love the old USA . For 2 freaken years i haven't had health insurance . And this Demo is going to give it to illegals !!! KMA

so who is going to pay for this? i thought CA had a fiscal emergeny. once again our government taking care of its slave labor at the expense of its citizens.
