Alert! The DREAM Act amnesty is still alive!

Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Harry Reid (D-NV) are still trying to pass their DREAM Act amnesty, either as an amendment to other legislation or the stand-alone version of the bill, S 774.

Their latest threat is to add it as an amendment to HR 3043, the Labor-Health & Human Services appropriations bill.

The proponents are trying to sell the bill as a way of helping children, but the amnesty covers "children" up to the age of 30, and there are exceptions for those over 30.

Moreover, when these amnesty recipients turn 21, they can bring in their parents who violated our immigration laws in the first place. They then can also petition to bring in their other relatives: aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents.

Since there are millions of illegal alien children in the United States, the long-term consequence of this amnesty will be a huge population increase.

    ACTION NEEDED

Let your Senators know that you want to stop this and any other amnesty. Send a fax or an e-mail by entering your ZIP Code and clicking "Go!" below. You may also want to phone your Senators through the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121.
