Justice for the Border Patrol

Agents Face Prison While Illegal Alien Drug Smuggler Goes Free
Sign the National Petition Today and Make the White House Listen!
Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean face 20 years in prison for doing their job - protecting America from drug and illegal alien smugglers at our southern border. Get involved today to stop this injustice. FAIR is asking our members and supporters to rally in support of these brave officers who risked everything to defend America.

Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens cross our border each year - and it will take thousands more agents to truly secure America's dangerous frontier. The brave men and women of the Border Patrol know they risk their lives each day - and now they also know they could face prosecution for doing their job.

Incredibly, the U.S. attorney who prosecuted the two agents said, "The Border Patrol pursuit policy prohibits the pursuit of someone." Five years after 9/11 our justice system still operates with more suspicion to law enforcement than the people it apprehends.

Please sign the petition today to ask that the case be re-opened. The agents will be sentenced on September 7th and September 18th. FAIR will be involved in a press conference September 7th with Members of Congress to highlight this miscarriage of justice. We want to tell the convicted agents and their families that many Americans stand behind them through signing the petition. Please take part in helping out these men who have lost their freedom protecting ours.
