Gaithersburg Maryland Politicians are at it yet again, but this time they plan to do it in secret, behind the backs of American residents who simply don't want any part of assisting Illegal Immigrants illegally get jobs in their community. They know it's wrong and it hurts their community and like other locations in America, Politicians are trying to FORCE Americans to not only accept ILLEGAL immigration, but to be FORCED to help ILLEGAL immigrants.

Gaithersburg Maryland Politicians have tried, tried and tried again, over 30 times to force Maryland Citizens in that area to support and pay for Day Labor Camps, at US Tax Payer expense to make it easier for ILLEGAL immigrants to illegally work in America ( Maryland ). Every time they have been fought by local residents and the Maryland Minuteman Organization, who are now supported by Protect Our Border (www.protectourborder.net ).

Local Residents have complained about the noise, public urination, drinking and assembly of ILLEGAL immigrants ILLEGALLY trying to work under the table. Gaithersburg residents have simply had enough.

So, now the Local Gaithersburg Politicians have devised a new, sneaky method of trying to FORCE American Citizens, Local Gaithersburg Americans to pay for and accept this "Work Program" used mainly by Illegal Immigrants. Although some legal immigrants may use this as well, its been well documented that ILLEGAL immigrants are by far the greatest benefactor of these sites. The biggest loser are the Americans who pay for these sites with their tax dollars and the locals who are forced to have illegal immigrants settle close to these day labor camps.

In summary what the Local Politicians in that area have done is secretly decided on one of 3 sites, this time not telling the public on which site they will use. They have also organized with local government to get a rapid permits to expedited the building of such a site before American Citizens can examine the harmful impact on their community.They have even planned to get rapid zoning changer's if needed. Like most Americans, who don't want to be FORCED to help Politicians who wish to circumvent Immigration LAWS, these residents are not happy.

The Politicians and local Government officials involved in this secret deal to force Gaithersburg Maryland Residents to accept this are:

Is this a RICO violation ? If working in America if your not a citizen, and if this Politician is organizing Illegal Immigrants to Illegally work in America with the help of US Tax Dollars ! (3) Some "UN-named County Officials" (4) UN-Named so called community members , I suspect CASA of Maryland. A Group that gets US Tax Dollar benefits but helps ILLEGAL immigrants in the USA. Day Labor Site Proposed for Gaithersburg by Montgomery County

One of the first acts of Isiah Leggett’s new open administration was to appoint “Chuck Short as the point man to help the county craft a plan for opening a day-laborer center to serve Gaithersburg” as reported in the Gazette article Jan. 3 2007. So much for open government!

Mr Short was the driving force behind the purchase of 734 University Avenue which currently houses a Casa de Maryland day labor center that may provide as many as 10 jobs a day to 50 to 100 day labors. A resounding success if you do not consider the 400 day labors looking for work at the Langley Park Plaza and Langley Park Shopping Centers one mile south of Casa de Maryland’s Flagship site on University Avenue

Chuck Short intends to push through a Casa de Maryland operated day labor center for illegal aliens in the dark of night without public input. Mr Leggett, the right thing to do is to close all county sponsored Day Labor Centers that do not verify legal presence for employment. Why should Tax Payers be footing the bill for a criminal activity financed by Montgomery County in violation of Federal Law? Let the Residents of Chevy Chase, Bethesda and Potomac pay prevailing wages to have their homes cleaned and lawns cut. There is not a shortage of legal labor to do this work. There is a surplus of illegal labor to do this work, driving down wages forcing legal labor out of the market place. Typically, jobs that paid 20 dollars an hour 10 years ago are now paying 12 to 13 dollars an hour today. 12 to 13 dollar an hour is not a livable wage in 2007 for the typical family of four.

Montgomery County support for Day Labor Centers allowed to operate outside of Federal Immigration law will only ensure a continuing supply of cheap illegal labor creating a permanent underclass. Does Mr Leggett want to be known as the County Executive who indorses slave wages through his support of Casa de Maryland and their programs that promote illegal immigration?
