Subject: Hoosiers lose confidence in economy

RESPONSES NEEDED!!!

This (http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/a ... /603080428) was in today's Indy Star. Every member of IFIRE should write both a short (200 to 300 word) letter to the editor AND leave longer comments on the Message Boards (link: http://www2.indystar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141256).

How could this article have been written without even a mention of illegal immigration?!!!

The poor man in the article who makes $18/hr. as a maintenance supervisor can kiss his job good bye. There are illegal aliens waiting in the wings who will do his job for $5. He should not blame his lack of education. If he gets a college education, there will be legal immigrants brought in to take that job.

And they give Mitch Daniels a pass! This is wrong! He is part of the problem. He's selling off Indiana while encouraging illegal immigration. He aids and abets it with his Latino Advisor and other government agency workers who help the illegals to the detriment of law-abiding, tax-paying Hoosiers. He calls them "New Americans" which is the same language used by our own federal government on www.spp.gov where the Security and Prosperity Partnership (US/Mexico/Canada) discuss having a "common perimiter" by 2010. I interpret that to mean that they intend to dissolve our borders. The 3 government leaders meet at the end of March to discuss how their plan is going.

This is another reason why every Hoosier should be calling the toll-free number (1-888-355-358 TODAY and telling our Senators and Representatives "NO Guest worker! NO Amnesty! NO increases in legal immigration! We want our immigration laws enforced. Pass H.R. 4437."

From the seaports to the airports to the toll roads in between, America is being sold and the Middle Class is being crushed before our very eyes! Speak now, before it's too late! If you've never written a letter to the editor or don't know how to post messages on the Message Board, it's time to learn! If you've never called Congress, why not? It's "do or die" time, folks.

Let's roll!!!!

Cheree
