Attention all you “OLD Americans!!! The Governor and Indiana taxpayer-funded Latino organizations and advisors are revealing their plans to replace you with “New Americans, the latest euphemism for illegal aliens. Are you still going to sit there in silence and allow them to steal your American Dream or are you going to join us before it’s too late?

The plan revealed in today’s NW Indiana Times is to give driving permits to illegal aliens. State Rep. John Aguilera, (D-East Chicago) plans to introduce legislation to give them driving permits using the IRS-issued Individual Taxpayer Identification Number for “proof of identity. He knows that the IRS has warned all 50 state Departments of Motor Vehicles not to use these ITINs because I told him in a phone call. He also received a copy of the IRS warning letter when IFIRE testified before the interim study committee on Public Safety and Regulatory Matters in October, 2005. No wonder he objected to our testimony and walked out! His plan could be ruined if the public ever finds out the truth.

This Post-Tribune article entitled Region’s illegal aliens ‘prepared to work hard’

(http://www.post-trib.com/cgi-bin/pto-st ... ws_03.html)

reports that Governor Daniels supports the guest worker program and educating illegals at taxpayer expense. He is quoted as saying, “In the real world…these people are here and are prepared to work hard. I see a different “reality in the Heartland of America. We Old Americans still expect our politicians to honor their oaths of office and uphold our laws, not to conspire with agents of foreign governments to violate them! The law is still a reality. How dare they ignore it and ignore us and do as they please?

We need to shine the light on these actions right away! The same way Diane Osborn of ICIC organized a group of brave women to hold a candlelight vigil outside the George Washington Community School to stand against this travesty. These “Vigil-Aunties were willing to do this at great risk to their personal safety. They were willing to take a stand and we won the battle to shut down the November 30 meeting. We need to all work together. What will you do? Will you make phone calls, send faxes, donate or protest? Or will you be silent only complaining to the wind about your high taxes and loss of rights?

Here is what the opposition is doing. This Univision report (scroll down to the English version) contains information from FLOC supporting driver’s licenses for illegals. It says someone presented over 6,000 petition signatures opposing the rules that will be in place if the BMV follows the law as set forth in the REAL ID Act. Who signed these petitions? How many are American citizens? How many signed with one or more of their phony identities?

Here is what we want to do. We want to increase IFIRE’s presence by opening new chapters. Will you volunteer? We will put a petition up on our website for you to print out and copy. Will you coordinate the gathering of signatures and send them in to us? Will you tell your friends and neighbors about us and tell them how to get involved? Email us through the contact page at www.ifire.org to tell us what you can do to help.

Meanwhile, please start calling and writing Governor Daniels, Rep. Aguilera, the BMV and your own state senator and representative to register you opposition to licensing illegals.

Thank you very much for your help!
