    Memos in Obama appointed Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s own handwriting indicate she altered evidence in a case before the Supreme Court and coerced witnesses to change their testimony.

    The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, (ACOG), commissioned an expert panel of scientists to examine the partial birth abortion issue. The panel report stated the ACOG “could identify no circumstances under which this procedure . . . would be the only option to save the life or preserve the health of the woman.â€

    PBA is the absolute height of animalistic depravity. We would prosecute someone for animal cruelty if they did this to an animal. It is EVIL.

    I can barely stand to even think of this act it makes me so nauseated. What has mankind come to?

    Well said forest and I agree 100%.

    I hope an investigation is thorough, and if as stated, Kagan is impeached and jailed.

    Getting rid of all these liberal judges has got to be on the GOP's "TO DO LIST!" I believe getting rid of these agenda judges would start putting us on the right track!
