I'm telling you people, we must pass the FairTax. What does the FairTax have to do with these advocacy organizations? It. Shuts. Them. Down.

How you ask? Under the FairTax there is no more income tax. Therefore, there is no more such thing as a "tax-exempt contribution". 501 C 3 tax-exempt "charities" are still tax-exempt, but only on business to business transactions, like ny business under the FairTax, which means they don't pay sales taxes or FairTaxes on purchases used in their business, but they still have to collect FairTaxes on any sales of services for money, any true charity they give away remains tax-free and no FairTaxes are due.

In addition, illegal aliens are not eligible for the Monthly FairTax Rebate that is available to all US citizens and legal permanent residents. Therefore, not only is thereno longer any wage advantage to hiring illegal aliens, because under the FairTax, they're at a 23% cost-of-living disadvantage on their essentials up to the poverty line, their backers can no longer use corporate or business income to donate to their advocacy charity and receive a reduction in income tax expense in exchange for it.

So! While corporations and businesses aren't prevented from donating to these organizations under the FairTax, they no longer can claim it as a business expense deduction and will no longer receive a tax break for it which means shareholders and boards of directors are not going to allow continuation of these contributions.

Pass the FairTax, Stop Illega Immigration

ALIPAC really should support the FairTax legislation since it contributes greatly to not only stopping the hiring of illegal aliens because there's no longer a wage cost advantage to hiring illegal aliens to begin with, the FairTax also shuts down corporate and business contributions to the numerous 501 C 3 phony "charity" organizations who lobby and "advocate" for illegal immigration.

HB 25 in the US House of Representatives and SB 296 in the US Senate.
