Mexicans wash toms with bleach
http://www.silobreaker.com/DocumentRead ... _867849750
"The Mexican tomato industry has shown over many years its commitment to produce food that does not harm people."
-Mexican Agriculture and Health Ministries

Most consumers do not even know about the U.S. salmonella scare. And those who do, rarely care.
Mexicans are accustomed to washing all produce because the vegetables sold on the national market are not held to the same standards as those certified for export.
Sergio Martinez, 40, a bricklayer buying two kilograms of tomatoes, says he isn’t worried about a little salmonella. He washes all of his produce with bleach and water.
“What the U.S. doesn’t want is what we see here. They always send the best stuff over there, from avocados to tequila,â€

Do you honestly think the Mexico population cares about us dying here from food? Does China Care? Everywhere, they do not care if others die for greed?
LABEL OUR FOOD!
Restaurants should be required to post on the back of their menu were they get their food and beverage from.
Some years ago I read that Coca-Cola is making their syrup in China. Cola is not as good tasting as it was once upon time.
Buyer beware!
(It does not take much bleach... Another use of bleach if you get into poison ivy.. bleach and bleach wipes will have get rid of the rash. )Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

06-13-2008, 10:26 AM #4I have started a yogurt plan into my diet. Yogurt ingested kills the yeast built up in the human body. Good Organic Yogurt, coconut, and garlic (even salt garlic) helps with yeast in body! Pineapple (all kinds), mango need to be added for parasites in the gut. Also, eat your pickles with vinegar. Aid in killing bacteria entering the body. I try to cabbage via slaw weekly - parasite fighter. For fungi - vinegar and parsley soaking, rids it away. It works. For hair and body (the white spots that want tan in the summer is fungi, often) use any type of dandruff shampoo as a soapJoin our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Local mexican takeout stand had given me a fever and stomach
Local mexican takeout stand had given me a fever and stomachache; now I suspect it was feeding us food that must have had some intestinal provoking bacteria; I've since decided against doing the local take out; I've noticed the number of cars lined up outside have dwindled, too.

I find this kinda interesting, since America has Chlorinated water. Bleach is made out of Chlorine, therefore they are just adding it to their water and then washing their produce. Pretty much, they are washing with unfiltered but Chlorinated water. In that country, anything is better than nothing.
Washing does not eliminate many of the foodborne illnesses like E Coli on Spinach.

AND THERE IS SOME ASSUMPTION THAT MEXICANS ARE NOT GETTING SICK BECAUSE THEY BLEACH THEIR FOOD. BUT WE DONT KNOW THAT THEY DONT GET SICK ANYWAY.
MANY PROBABLY CANT AFFORD TO GO TO A DOCTOR IF THEY GET SICK. OR THEY MIGHT LIVE IN ISOLATED AREAS THAT MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO TRAVEL TO A DOCTOR.
AND HOW GOOD DO YOU THINK MEXICO'S RECORD KEEPING IS? THEY PROBABLY GET SICK ALL THE TIME.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
