MATT.org Email: CIR: Call Senate judiciary Committee

Matt.org Let's Prosper Together. The voice of reason influencing policy to improve US / Mexico relations.

    The Strength to Follow Through

Are you a citizen or a spectator?

It is a question we asked a few months ago. We asked you to choose to be a citizen by finding an issue you care about and becoming involved in your own local community. Thank you for commitment and action thus far.

Now we need your help to follow through on an urgent matter.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform is a national issue that affects all of us. We need to improve border security, create a legal system for low and high skilled workers to contribute to our economy and increase our global competitiveness. And we need to establish a pathway to earned citizenship for the workers America needs. These pillars were recently unveiled by Senators Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

We've been waiting patiently to see a bill, but part of the delay is due to Graham's own acknowledgement that we need the support of another Republican. Now we must pressure Congress to continue its work and finish the job. We need a comprehensive immigration bill to be submitted to the President for consideration.

CIR is too important to be labeled a "Democrat" or a "Latino" issue. Instead, it is essential that we see it as a National issue- critical for every American and everyone living here.

If you care about CIR, Please Act Now!

Contact these members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and tell them "Immigration reform is an issue that affects all Americans" and that you want to "see bipartisan support for CIR." Finally, let them know that "we need a bill now to send to the White House."

They will get the message if you call or email. Do it now. We need you.

American citizens are getting involved in their communities, and it is certainly not to support amnesty, or any of the bailouts and the freebies that the illegal alien/amnesty lobby desires.

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Such a pathway already exists. They need to go to their home countries and enter ours through the front door. There are plenty of programs that will help them do so.
