Mobile Mexican Consulate in
Costa Mesa to issue Matricula Consular ID cards
Saturday, March 31

U.S.A.

INFO FROM OCCCO: Orange County Congregation Community Organization:
The Mexican Consulate has created a mobile team (with the help of the UNICO Foundation http://www.unico.org/) to visit local communities in order to increase the accessibility to consular services, specifically the issuance of Mexican Matricula Consular identification cards (matriculas consulares).

OCCCO - Orange County Congregation Community Organization "asked for this service" to be made available in Costa Mesa.

The Mexican Consulate will be at the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant, 2850
Fairview Rd., Costa Mesa - Saturday, March 31 to issue Mexican Matricula Consular IDs, by appointment from 9am - 2:30pm.

The Minuteman Project and concerned citizens will stage a peaceful, sidewalk rally to protest:

1.
The Mexican Consulate - mobilizing at a church site to issue Matricula Consular ID, potentially to illegal aliens

2.
The Presbyterian Church - for providing a facility for a foreign government to issue identification, potentially to illegal aliens - (Shouldn't this church lose its tax free status for entering into political realms - which could include lawbreaking/illegal immigration?)
