ALIPAC Endorses The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act

Americans For Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) is endorsing the "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act’’ or the ‘‘SAVE Act’ to increase safeguards against noncitizen and illegal immigrant voters in US Elections.

The legislation was announced at a press conference with Speaker Mike Johnson last week (View), and the text is available in the US House (Read HERE). However, it is awaiting a bill number and scheduling from Speaker Mike Johnson's offices and is listed in the US Senate by ALIPAC-endorsed Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) as S. 4292.

Numerous leftist media outlets and dishonest "fact checkers" are falsely claiming there is no significant evidence that noncitizen and illegal migrant voters pose a risk to US elections.

ALIPAC is countering those false claims with close to 80 documented examples (Review HERE) that show noncitizens and illegals are, in fact, registering and voting in US elections and that the US elections systems are vulnerable to this kind of crime on a systematic, widespread level.

ALIPAC has launched a new website to help raise awareness of this very real and sizeable problem at www.NonCitizenVoters.com.

"Today we are asking our national network of activists to begin lobbying Congress to immediately pass and implement the SAVE ACT to protect US Elections from Democrat invasion votes!" said William Gheen, Spokesman for ALIPAC. "The documented evidence shows court cases where noncitizens and illegals have been convicted of registering in US elections and other information that indicates this is a widespread problem and systematic vulnerability that could significantly impact election outcomes."

Garbart Piquant, a non-citizen immigrant from the Bahamas used fake documents to register and vote in North Carolina elections including Democrat primaries for nearly two decades including the elections in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2016, 2018 and 2020. He also voted in Democratic Party primaries in 2008, 2014, 2016 and 2020. He never voted in a GOP primary. (View Source HERE)

While recent polling from September 2023 finds "51% of likely United States voters believe it is likely that the 2024 election will be decided by illegal aliens voting", the number and percentage of Americans who are aware of this problem is rising rapidly.

ALIPAC supporters and American voters who do not want their votes stolen by noncitizens and illegal migrants in 2024 are encouraged to call on Congress to pass and implement the SAVE Act over Democrat opposition immediately.
