ARLSBAD SCHOOL SUPT MUST COMPLY WITH THE FIRST AMENDMENT ! ! !

California State Senator Bill Morrow wins a big victory for the 1st Ammendment! His courage in fighting this battle is rewarded as School Superintendent John ("Cock")Roach caves in instead of going to court.

The Senator asked the court to prohibit Supt. Roach's cowardly pretext of the "Hecklers Veto". Senator Morrow's attorney received a letter approximately 5 PM today, Tuesday August 9th from Carlsbad School District acknowledging the merits of the Senator's argument.

Even the North County Times' Editorial Staff openly castigated Roach and the Board of Trustees, which is unusual.

Most newspapers take a "politically correct" stance on illegal immigration.

If you're not familiar with the story so far, Superintendent (Cock) Roach reneged on a signed contract reserving the school district's cultural center because the decided our meetings are too "violence-prone."
He allowed the Mexican Consulate to issue matricula consular IDs at a "school fair," but American citizens conducting open discussion and debate on immigration must be silenced!

A message from Gente Unida and the o.r.g.a.n.i.c. collective

Please mobilize...this is a critical event in stopping the momentum of the Minutemen and the growing anti-immigration movement.

PLEASE BE THERE BY 6pm. Traffic will be awful, so plan accordingly (see Coaster information below). Bring noise makers, signs, banners, cameras and creative strategies for challenging these racists!

Oh Lordie....I sure hope someone from ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) reads ALIPAC and knows what day and what time to be there. GET THERE EARLY ICE....they say traffic will be "awful". Maybe you could bring one of your helicopters and land on the football field to be sure to get there in time. You'll have a "field day", no pun intended rounding up illegals, aiders and abetters, recruiters, conspirators, and probable employers!!

BE THERE!! I'd sure hate it if you missed all this "illegal alien" promotion planned by the OPPOSITION.
