Very interesting video. Almost no mention of Europe, Russia, or Ukraine in this video and over half the crowd jumps up when they say Mexico.

Category F2a green cards (immidate relatives of perment residents) are exempt from the 7% per country limit, this only benefits Mexicans. In other words this law allows in more Mexicans and reduces immigration for everyone else, who come in other categories that are subject to the overall global limits.

Of course under the 1986 amnesty and it's 1998 expansion, 80% of the green card receipients were Mexican, maybe lots of them are now becoming citizens?
