There will be an anti-amnesty protest May 21st in Houston

    CITIZEN ALERT
There will be an anti-amnesty protest outside the Federal Building in
Houston from 11AM - 1PM Monday 5/21/2007. Meeting point will be south side
of Pierce between Louisiana and Smith. Please pass this along to all your
    friends in the Houston area.

The theme will be to encourage a NO vote on cloture for S1348 on Monday
night. Generic anti-amnesty signs are acceptable. Bring your own signs
and flags. HPD will be notified of our presence to protect us from amnesty
radicals. Restrooms and water will be available inside the Federal
Building after you pass through security.

There is a $6 parking lot on Smith between St Joseph Pkwy and Pierce.
There is a $5 parking lot on Smith between Pierce and Gray. There are
limited parking meters under I-45 between Milam and Louisiana; on Gray
between Travis and Brazos; on Pierce between Brazos and Smith. Parking
meters are 25-50c for 30 minutes. Bring quarters.

You can zoom out to view the location in relation to your area.

I will be wearing tan slacks and a white softball t-shirt. I am almost 300
pounds so you can't miss me. This is not a group affiliated protest. It
is open to anyone who opposes amnesty for illegal aliens. Amnesty for this
protest is defined as giving any benefits to illegals in reward for their
    breaking our immigration laws.

Good luck, Houston. I wish I could be there...

    Thank you for doing this.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".
