..as he looked back fondly on his White House days but regretted his inability to win passage of immigration legislation..
I'm glad this pathetic man is leaving. He frowns in wonder when he should be smiling at freedom..the ability of the American people to decide their own fate. The day the switchboards crashed should have told him something positive about us. Instead, he sits there, frowning like a little boy who lost a contest.

All dictators are pessimistic cowards. The ability to beleive in their own countrymen to forge and shape their own country's future with their own pursuit of happiness is the courage that they lack. If Bush wasn't such a coward, he could have stood up to the powers that be and told the world that the American citizens will decide what is best for America and not any other group of people whatsoever. Instead, he chose to force legislation upon his countrymen while not holding himself true to his oath. He put personal gain for himself and his freinds out in front while errodiing our rights and our sovereignty by using fear, and we all know how that factor came into play.

Good ridiance, georgie, you certainly missed a golden opportunity to really be a great President. Your replacement will be the same or worse. Neither of you will be remembered in 50 years, unlike those we do remember from so long ago.
