    Earlier this year Judicial Watch exposed a secret program—started by Obama and continued by Trump— that quietly relocates illegal immigrants to different parts of the country on commercial flights.
    Yep, catch & release continued even after Trump signed an executive order to end it. I guess executive orders are only as strong as the people that have to enforce them.
