I'm not sure why the illegals need with an attorney. What could be their defense?

I wish every Texan would boycott those cities, not even purchase gas on the way through. If they live there - move. If they can't move, go out of town to make your purchases.

I don't understand why they need a Judge to throw them out of the country. It's an administrative procedure. ICE Agents are fully qualified to check their papers if they have them, check their citizenship if they have it, if they don't have either one, then out they go. Very simple.
