    14th Amendment under Redress in Florida

    Re - Declaration of Independence
    Due to the course of recent human events, it has now become necessary for Florida State and her people to exercise their inherent right to reclaim the Constitutional Citizenship found at Article 4 Section 2 clause 1 of the Constitution for the united States of America – a Republic.
    Whereas the good citizens of Florida and the state Government itself, have in good faith, only recently learned of a great legal falsehood, an Unconstitutional act, an act of fraud and deception, that has been perpetrated upon them. This fraudulent act is the 14th Amendment.
    The 14th Amendment was never lawfully ratified pursuant to the Constitution for the United States of America. The supremacy clause, Article 6 of the Constitution for the United States of America, strikes it with NULL, revoking and rescinding all implied contracts, debts, and "subject to the jurisdiction there of," in a single stroke. Recognition of this fact reinstates the correct Constitutional Republic for Florida State and the people living within the boundaries thereof.

    1. The 14th Amendment was ratified by Executive Order #6 on July 20, 1868.

    Bruce Ray Riggs has been instrumental in helping with the information.
    Helping us with getting set up with 3 petitions to try and get on the ballot this fall.
    I think it has to be turned in by Feb. 15th to the NE Sec. of State. and go through all the hoops.

    Everybody needs to be aware of the 14th amendment.
