Our elitist politicians are doing such a GREAT job of Securing our National Borders and Enforcing our Immigration Laws we do NOT find out about the ILLEGALS thugs until they KILL someone. Another THANKS to Bush and the Congressional "Leadership", heck we should THANK all of the elitist politicians and their elitist contributors and DON'T forget the ILLEGAL EMPLOYERS who take so much and give so little!

2 more Texas men arrested in Detroit-area slayings

Associated Press

TROY, Mich. — Two more men were arrested in connection with the deaths of a husband and wife found shot in the head in their home.

Narayan Thadani and Douglas Tabor, both of Texas, were taken into custody late Friday and early Saturday in the Houston area by federal agents on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

Two other Texas men, Miguel Angel Servando-Ortiz, 40, and Nelson Oswaldo Mendoza, pleaded not guilty in an arraignment Friday in district court on murder charges in the deaths of Birj Mohan Chhabra, 65, and his 56-year-old wife, Aaasha.

Servando-Ortiz and Mendoza were arrested Tuesday in Taylor in a traffic stop less than an hour before Troy police found the couple's bodies. Both had been shot in the head at close range, according to the county medical examiner's office.

Thadani and Tabor are awaiting an appearance before a federal magistrate in Houston. They are expected to be extradited to Detroit to face charges, The Detroit News and Free Press reported.

It was not immediately clear if Thadani and Tabor had attorneys.

Aaasha Chhabra filed a lawsuit in 2006 against Thadani, a longtime family friend, whom she hired to manage her assets in India. Tabor is an associate of Thadani, according to a statement released by Troy police.

The couple accused Thadani of mismanaging their assets, according to court documents. The case still is pending.

Troy police have said the attack was not random, and friends say the shootings may have been a contract hit connected to the lawsuit.
