POSTED: 7:40 pm PDT September 15, 2007

Police announced Thursday that two women have been arrested for allegedly offering prostitution services out of a massage therapy business in Pacifica.

San Francisco resident Jing Wang, 41, and Daly City resident Yu Fen Wang, 46, were both employees of the business working without permits, police said.

Both women were arrested at the A-Care Health Center at 3:00 p.m. Thursday after a lengthy police investigation lead to a search of the massage center, officials reported.

Pacifica Police worked with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency and the Broadmoor Police Department to execute a search warrant after neighborhood complaints about lewd acts committed at the business surfaced, police reported.

Police found that the women were allegedly offering massage clients sexual favors for additional payment.

Jing Wang was arrested on prostitution charges, and Yu Fen Wang was detained by immigration enforcement officers and charged with immigration violations, police reported.

The owner of A-Care Health Center will be charged with undisclosed felony charges, according to Pacifica police.
