Part 2: Measuring a moratorium impact, jobs, services, finances

As little as 400 years ago, humans considered the earth flat. They saw lightning as God’s anger. An eclipse of the sun meant dark forces at work. Humans thought the sun revolved around the earth.

Today, we smile about a ‘flat’ earth since we know it to be round. ‘Lighting’ makes electricity which we use to light our homes. An eclipse means the moon blocked the sun for a few moments. Finally, Galileo, arrested for his heresy for stating what we know to be self evident, the earth and all planets in the Milky Way Galaxy, revolve around the sun. Where the sun moves toward, we don’t have a clue! We live on tiny spinning rock in one humongous universe, with no idea of how or why we exist. We only guess!

What we used to assume in the past—cannot and does not hold true today. This amazing country, known to the world as the United States, suffers from similar assumptions held as ‘true’ for two hundred years.
