I would have to call 400,000 too low a number. From Mexico alone, there are 5.5 million workers here every year. And if even one quarter of them have anchor babies, that works out to nearly 1.4 million. That is not to mention the rest of the world's citizens here to work, visa or not.

U.S. policy has come to recognize "birthright citizenship" in just about every vital transaction.

Except qualifying the eligibility of a Democratic presidential candidates.

When that 400,000 from each year turns 18 they get to sponsor their parents, sibling and kids too come here.
When that group gets here and gets their citizenship they to get to sponsor their parents, siblings and kids to come here.
It's called chain migration, and it never ends.
And, everyone of them become eligible for Social Security, Medicare, Welfare, Medicaid, free education, W.I.C., etc.

It's been a bureaucratic error of monumental proportion .

It's not an error it's intentional, done by corrupt politicians.

The Speaker’s bottom line: Fewer children reduces the cost to the state.

And the result will be that Americans have fewer babies and illegalMexicans will have more. Thus the takeover of our country and a perpetual Democratic majority.

400,000 may just be a ruff estimate. It could be many more.

I believe most of the illegal workers here have illegal alien dependents and anchor babies too. Hispanic students now make up a quarter of all kids in elementary schools-I suspect many, if not most, are anchor children. Illegal alien dependents must be identified/verified/deported along with their illegal husbands/boyfriends if we are to end this tremendous anchor baby drain.

I agree 100%. Get them out, get them all out, families intact, no child left behind.
