(And this person is actually running for US Senate.)

Hello all...
I think it is pretty important to have a large turnout from Chicago
for the Waukegan school board meeting to answer the rightist
Minutemen and defend the rights of high school students to march on
May 1. Sorry I had to leave the Tuesday night meeting before it
ended, but was anything decided about getting a bus or cars to get
people to Waukegan? Is the coalition meeting originally planned for
Tuesday, April 22 going to be moved to another night?

I sent an email to the president of the school board anyway to request that students not be allowed to take off on May 1 unless given an unexcused absence.

Yes, they are bringing high school kids into it. I noticed this in my area of the country:

***Tuesday 4/22:
4pm - High-School teach-in @ Mad Hat Tea Co. (1130 Commerce St, Tacoma)
This teach-in will be a discussion with local high-school students about immigration in the US, I.C.E. and I.C.E. Detention Centers, specifically the Northwest Detention Center in the Tacoma Tide Flats. The teach-in will be facilitated by several members of TacomaSmashICE and students from Tacoma School of the Arts (SOTA).

Oh my goodness...I was going to go to this school board meeting anyway about another controversy. Now it sounds like I might be crowded out of my own town's meeting.

Reggie could you ask if they could have some kind of policy to let in residents first? I think someone told me it's an open meeting and they can't do that. But maybe, again, we can be let in first.

Unbelievable... The socialist came to town when we were voting in 287g last summer as well. Let's get on this Reggie. Maybe they will move it to a larger venue. I've been to board meetings where there have been controversial issues and it's standing room only... Thanks madinchicago

Actually they have been doing that for some time now. For example do you remember the mach in LA that turned in a bit of riot in Mc Arthur Park, well it was commies that started it with the police, and not the illegals (not to be defending the illegals).
Their goal is to overturn the government anyway they can, using any means and(or) any people and(or) any peoples to fulfill their goal. (This is the liberal crap we turn out of our colleges)
