Quote.............."The President has an obligation to enforce the immigration laws passed by Congress. He does not have the authority to ignore a comprehensive federal law that he knows is constitutional. In fact, this new policy not only ignores the law, it puts the federal government in the position of helping individuals violate federal law and avoid the sanctions that Congress provided."

Enough said. Obuzzard has been bought off by the Cartels. There is an ugly story behind it too and soon it will come out.
You cannot dedicate yourself to America unless you become in every
respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson

Obama is defying the will of Congress, who decided not to pass the DREAM act in Dec 2010.

This reminds me of a ridiculous ruling by a Federal Judge 4 years ago. The city of Hazelton, PA had recently passed some anti-illegal-immigration ordinances, only to have them overturned by Judge James Munley. Here are some of his lines of reasoning when he gave his 206-page opinion:

Immigration laws governing the interior of the country were never meant to be fully enforced. This would cause "excessive enforcement" by Hazelton. This thwarts the will of Congress (according to the Judge).

Interesting article on this old story:

    Some key paragraphs:

[i]It is quite possible that Judge Munley is the only person in America who thinks the country is in danger of suffering “excessive enforcementâ€
