Accused brothel owner, son flee; warrants issued

A woman and her son accused of maintaining brothels in Lee and Collier counties staffed by illegal immigrants now face a charge of flight to avoid prosecution after investigators said they skipped town.

Amparo Altagracia Montas Hernandez, 44, and Eddy Vasquez, 28, both of Fort Myers, were indicted Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Fort Myers on the new charge. They were arrested in August after investigators say they discov ered two prostitutes and two doormen â€â€
