Accused Members Of 'Mexican Mafia' Face Judge

SAN DIEGO -- More than two dozen alleged members of the notorious "Mexican Mafia" faced a federal judge Tuesday, pleading not guilty to charges ranging from attempted murder and torture to trafficking drugs and weapons.



Prosecutors said their illegal operations stretched from San Diego to El Centro and involved meetings and visits in the county jail.

About half of those in custody were arrested over the past two weeks. The rest are already behind bars and are due in court later this week and next week. Three of the 31 suspects indicted by the San Diego County grand jury are still at large.

According to authorities, ringleaders inside the jail gave orders to kill, kidnap and run rackets on the outside as well as extort "taxes" or protection money from inmates.

California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. said the roundup resulted in “total dismantlementâ€

Since it says some of the killings,rackets and such were ordered from inside the jail we are able to see this(jail) doesn't stop them.

Thanks for the link. If the government doesn't get off of its butt, there will be a lot more videos.

The government is going to let these thugs roam as wild as possible..it will only help speed up the process of destroying America.
