One legal and numerous others who aren't. Why can they have 50 and over communities, no smoking, no pets, singles only and you can't say legal residents?

So true crazybird. It's not discrimination based on race, sex, religion... nothing about immigration status or criminal activity. In Texas, convicted sex offenders can not live in certain places because of children. If they can restrict where they live then they should be able to restrict criminal aliens.

Also, that stupid apartment complex that joined the lawsuits should have every apartment rental company coming down on them for being so stupid. Tenants now have most of the rights, can you imagine that they will have to accept a tenant that can't even prove who they are because they are illegals? They are cutting their nose off to spite their faces. They are not doing any landlords in America any favors because they will have no legal recourse, when the illegal destroy the place or squat until heck freezes over and then leaves.

These landlords are either really stupid because these illegals have more fires than legals. May times illegals have electricity cut off due to lack of payment or they use candles to keep their electricity bill down. Then the landlords could be charging them rent per person for example instead of $800 a month rent they could charge $200 per person and if there are 6 people then the landlord is getting $1200. They can also keep the building depressed as the illegals won't complain. American Elizabeth wrote about it in the past. This way they can also make more profit.
