Deported sex offender arrested again in Miami

A sexual predator who was deported nearly a decade ago was arrested and charged Tuesday in Miami after re-entering the country.

The 28-year-old Nicaraguan, whose name was not released, was found while officers and agents were searching local warehouses for undocumented immigrants.

The man presented a Puerto Rican driver's license when agents asked for identification, according to a press release. When asked, he could not answer basic questions about Puerto Rico.

The man eventually admitted he was in the country illegally, the release said. Agents took his fingerprints -- which linked him to a 1999 conviction of two counts of lewd and lascivious assault on a child and kidnapping.

He received a two-year sentence, then was sent back to Nicaragua.

He was found through a collaborative effort between Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

These people are so uneducated, he probably couldn't answer basic questions about Nicaragua!! I say castrate the animal then throw him in prison for life and let him be Bubba's girlfriend.
