Latino activist to present senior citizen amnesty to Obama administration

    Miguel Perez
    Phoenix Civil Rights Examiner
    July 4, 2011

Phoenix civil rights activist Cecelia Maldonado, the leader of Chicanos Unidos Arizona, will travel to Washington DC this week to present the SREA ACT (Senior Relief Entitlement Act) to the Obama administration. The proposed act would give amnesty to Latinos over the age of 50 who learn English and can prove that they attended a school while they were in the United States for at least six months.

“Latino senior citizens are an at-risk population. They are discriminated against because of their race and because of their age. The Obama administration promised immigration reform and he needs to keep his promise. “

Immigration reform has been a hot topic in Phoenix and the rest of the country. It is expected that Obama will pull for a backdoor amnesty program within the next year.

Are you kidding me??!! These people canNOT be asking for this crap with a straight face!! So now they want a Dream Amnesty for anyone over 50!! who can just show they attended a school here for 6 months!!?? Or in other words, if we gave them at least 6 months of free education anytime since they've illegally been here, we should now give them amnesty!!

They want amnesty for this group of over 50 just so they will all be eligible for Social Security when they reach 62.

The accomplices want amnesty for every last illegal invader. We ALL know that, and they know we know. They are truly shameless.

These people feel emboldened by the actions of Obama, or should we say the lack of actions by Obama?

They are looking at any kind of amnesty...the younger segment via the Dream Act hasn't worked so they will will try the elderly segment.

He needs as many votes as possible in the next presidential election especially since his rock star popularity has gone.

And I bet that is how they try to sell it to him, that it will get him voters, one way or another. Either 1. if these over-50 are amnestied, and can get citizenship in time for the elections, they will be able to vote for him (legally), and/or 2. if he can deliver this amnesty, then legal hispanic voters such as the of-age anchor babies will vote for him.

    The

The reason they are not self deporting more is because he continues to promise amnesty.
If Obama was to say "There will be no amnesty" they would all self deport.
He encourages them to continue to break our laws.

I think the magician's trick is being played here.

This notion of a Dream amnesty for the over-50 illegal aliens is SO obviously ridiculous, that I don't think even this woman proposing it to Obama, or Obama himself, can possibly believe it makes sense. First, they can't get the Dream amnesty passed for the under-35 crowd in spite of repeatedly trying. But now instead they're going to try for a Dream amnesty for the over-50 crowd, also making the requirement related to school just like for Dream #1 that they couldn't get passed. Right.

They know full well there is NO chance of this passing in Congress. Yet, they write up some proposal, they schedule a meeting in DC, and most importantly they make some press release about it.

And while we get all angry and frustrated reading about it, commenting on it, calling/faxing our congress reps telling them not to vote for it, checking into the status of this or that bill, on and on.........

In the meantime, during the time we're focused on this kind of laughable BS, in just a matter of days another 30,000 or so illegal invaders have snuck across the border, and hundreds of thousands more anchor babies are born.

Watch this hand, while they do magic with the other.

I know we have to monitor these desperate lunatics, desperate people do desperate things. But we really need to focus like a laser on things that are really causing the bleeding. The best example I think is the Birthright Citizenship that we know is being misinterpreted, and blatantly exploited every single day, and only continues to get exponentially worse, is a major incentive, and if not stopped ASAP will render the invasion irreversible. Even if this over-50 Dream amnesty were to pass, which there is a 0.0001% chance of, it still is nothing compared to the damage being done by the invasion-by-birth.

I'm thinking that just as policy has been set not to deport anyone meeting the conditions described in the Dream Act said policy will be expanded to include anyone meeting the conditions set forth in the SREA ACT.

I guess now the older illegals think now that they have been here so long Obama will take pity on them,i hope not these people just been living under cover and not been caught or have been released or snuck back in.If they need help getting back across the border and to old to walk, they make handicap buses with wheel chair lifts if thats what they need.We can find ways to help them deport if thats all thats holding them up if their old and feeble to get back.Young or old illegal is illegal depoet them all.The older ones look how many years they have robbed the system and us of money.

    Please Help Us Here

    Friends of ALIPAC,

Our funds have reached a critical level and we are currently unable to meet our minimum operation requirement for the first of July!

We have 48 hours to stabilize our accounts or we must shut down the nation's third largest grass roots organization fighting illegal immigration.

Please go to our secure online donations page at this link within the next 48 hours to make a donation of any amount.

    ALIPAC's Secure Online Donation Page
    http://www.alipac.us/content-9.html

If our supporters are generous enough to help us survive the next 48 hours, we will remain in emergency mode all the way to the fund raising deadline for the end of July.

Currently, we have only raised $10,000 of the $40,000 we need to make it to our third drive of the year in the Fall.

We realize that times are very tough across America right now, but if you value our contributions to the fight against illegal immigration and against Amnesty we must have more support immediately or we must make emergency landing plans to shut down ALIPAC.

Please help! In each fund raising drive we have conducted in the last year and a half, our donors have waited until we are at a terrible critical level before responding.

We regret that things have to reach these levels.

If we fail to reach our minimal funding goals for our operations budget, we will use the donations we receive to extend the closing date as far back as possible.

    Please help!
