    EXCLUSIVE: Portland 'day labor center' project courts controversy

    Portland Mayor Tom Potter and the Portland City Council are working to create a 'day labor center' in Portland modeled on a program in Seattle. Potter says it's the humane thing to do while opponents say it facilitates illegal workers.

    I just might start using LINUX instead of Windows??
