Advocates Cry Foul As Agents Arrest Illegals Leaving U.S.

In the short video linked below, advocates say arresting illegals as they go back home is "fraud and a waste of resources; however, others, including law enforcement officials say they are only enforcing U.S. immigration law and want to slow the tidal wave of illegals entering the United States!

Under current law an illegal alien can be obligated to not return to the United States for five to ten years if they are caught by the ICE. What ICE arrest of the departing illegal aliens does is put them in the system so that they can be put under the same legal obligation if they are planning to just leave and come back after a holiday or for the next landscaping season.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
