The U.S. President, Barack Obama, will participate next Friday in a "prayer" breakfast with Hispanic groups, Government sources reported today.

The intervention by the president has the goal, indicated sources, to continue the task of comming together with religious groups and the Hispanic community.
This "prayer" breakfast is a stealth immigration summit, and will be the pefect opportunity for the Hispanic Caucus, the pro-amnesty religious groups and the Hispanic activists to talk with Obama about an amnesty bill.

Maybe they figure on putting together a coalition---evangelicals, Catholics, labor activists, etc,---one part at a time??? This would just be one step.

Who is filling out the FARA form to represent foreign immigrants from other countries?

Is Congress requesting everyone for Amnesty to fill out a FARA form and what country is of interest to them? Even Congress members should have to fill out the FARA form if they are for AMNESTY, in my opinion.

And are these forms - FARA forms public record?
