A man arrested Thursday in connection to an Aug. 29 rape is being investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to law enforcement officials.

Enterprise police arrested 24-year-old Pedro Lucas Hernandez of Dixie Drive and charged him with first-degree felony rape. Hernandez, who is originally from Guatemala, allegedly has several aliases including “Andres Alonzoâ€
