    Quebec will only invite those who speak French and share their culture.
    Quebec has basically has seceded (culturally anyway) from Canada because they did not want to speak English and have insisted on speaking French.

    Can balkanization be too far behind for the United States, thanks to politicians and leaders who have pandered to every ethnic group, by accommodating them with their language and cultural demands when coming to this country?
