Why doesn't ICE just tell the lady she either comes out now or does five years in prison. Her return to the country after being previously deported makes her guilty of a felony, which is all that is needed to lock her butt up for several years.

I'm getting extremely sick of Secretary Chertoff blowing smoke up our butts about how great ICE is doing while ignoring an illegal under a deportation order. It's not like they don't know where she is. It's about time Lou Dobbs done another hard hitting story on the failure of ICE to arrest this child user/abuser!

By the way, why hasn't social services taken custody of the child? He seems to leave his mothers hideout routinely.

MW you have a good point there. The child is not being supervised by mom as she cannot leave the church.
