ANOTHER HOAX: DHS Releases Footage of Agents Arresting “Violent Rioter who Punched a CBP Officer” After ICE Agents Falsely Accused of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Hit-and-Run, and Fleeing the Scene (VIDEO)

Federal agents arrest Christian Damian Cerno-Camacho

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Wednesday released footage of agents arresting Christian Damian Cerno-Camacho, a Los Angeles rioter accused of punching a Border Patrol agent.

Before DHS released the footage, agents were accused by the leftist media of assaulting the driver of a vehicle with a deadly weapon and hit-and-run after ICE agents “fled the scene.” Local police apparently investigated the incident.

Newsweek reported,

Authorities are investigating a Wednesday morning crash in Los Angeles’ Boyle Heights neighborhood as a possible assault with a deadly weapon involving federal agents who allegedly fled the scene, according to KABC.

Many details about the incident remained unreleased to the public as of Wednesday afternoon. Police have not confirmed which agency the involved agents represent or whether their presence in Los Angeles has anything to do with the ongoing protests over President Donald Trump‘s immigration policy.

The incident occurred around 10:47 a.m. local time in the 3700 block of Whittier Boulevard, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department told KABC. No serious injuries were reported.

Local ABC7 parroted the narrative that ICE agents were involved in the “accident” and “fled the scene” on live TV.

Leftist political commentator Brian Krassenstein said on X: “ICE is out of hand in Los Angeles! The Federal agents (Apparently ICE) left the scene of the accident shortly after the video was taken. The LAPD is now investigating it as a hit and run and possible assault with a deadly weapon. (An automobile).”

However, the video below shows agents blockading the white sedan before they handcuff the suspect, who DHS says fled the scene after punching an officer.

“This was no hit and run. This was a targeted arrest of a violent rioter who punched a CBP officer. When Homeland Security Investigations tried to arrest Christian Damian Cerno-Camacho for the assault, he attempted to flee. He was ultimately arrested and taken into custody,” DHS said on X, noting that agents have seen an over 400% surge in assaults.

“Secretary Noem’s message to the LA rioters is clear: you will not stop us or slow us down. ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

As revealed by White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Wednesday, “there’s been 157 people arrested for assault and obstruction-related charges” during the LA insurrection, including one illegal alien on charges of attempted murder of a police officer with a Molotov cocktail.

330 illegals have been arrested for their involvement in the riots, 113 of whom already have convictions for crimes they’ve committed while living here illegally.
