    I wonder if these people have ever heard the expression "Held by police for questioning." The police detain people all the time that are innocent. Is each one of them going to file a lawsuit? I guess a difference is that when someone is turned over to ICE there is not a charge required within the first 72 hours. Is that true? To make things more complicated illegal immigrants are being coached on how to confound the investigators by exercising rights available to US citizens.
