Arizona governor met with immigration protests

    Jul. 10, 2010 01:31 PM
    Associated Press .

BOSTON - Immigrant advocates and their allies are protesting Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer as she attends the National Governors Association meeting in Boston.

A coalition of immigrant groups bused in advocates from around the East Coast for a rally Saturday to protest Arizona's controversial immigration law, recently signed by Brewer.

Protesters in Copley Square said Brewer was a bigot and called for the end of what they said was "racist deportation." They later marched to a hotel where Brewer was attending the annual governors meeting.

The Arizona law, which is facing a U.S. Justice Department challenge, requires police to question people about their immigration status while enforcing other laws if there's reason to suspect someone is in the country illegally.

Brewer has said Arizona had to act because the federal government isn't doing enough border enforcement.

    Jan Brewer

Jan Brewer needs more support from Americans who want their borders secure and immigration laws upheld...
Everywhere Jan goes there should be local patriots out protecting her and showing their support. She is a huge target of the Progressives and open borders crowd.

    .

How many of these protestors are illegal invaders from mexico I wonder?

This taken off the Department of State website:

Demonstrations: The Mexican Constitution prohibits political activities by foreigners; such actions may result in detention and/or deportation. Travelers should avoid political demonstrations and other activities that might be deemed political by the Mexican authorities. Even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. U.S. citizens are urged to avoid areas of demonstrations, and to exercise caution if in the vicinity of any protests.

I guess it's easier in mexico to determine who is a citizen and who is not just by looking at them. Then again, wouldn't this involve racial profiling?

This spells out what I was trying to say in an earlier post. Activist groups are organizing these protest against anyone who represents the majority of Americans against illegal immigration. They attack using words like Bigot putting us on the defense.

They are attacking any representative of our ideas. We need to organize and protest these activist groups and put them on the defense. Forget demonstrating our government officials, let's go after the Open Border groups. MSM uses them, the louder voice to expand on the theory that Americans want Amnesty. We need to show in numbers so loud that MSM cannot ignore us.

I place the blame for this type protesting directly on the White House.

They have told Hispanics they are/will be racially profiled without any proof to make such a claim.

The WH is inciting Hispanic IA's and their supporters for political gain without any consideration for citizens or our rights to expect the laws of our country to be enforced and obeyd.

I was reading the comments at this article site and they all call the IA supporters "Moonbats".

Most of the comments welcome Gov. Brewer and say 80% of MA. residents are behind her and consider themselves Arizonians.
