Even if she was handed the $40,000 she was asking for, I can’t believe she would stop begging for money.

My question is that the government know where this family is, and that they are illegals, why are they not deported? Her father told the minuteman who was in their house that he helps people to cross the border, because others helped him. So tell me who is to blame for this illegal immigration?

And... my question is:

Let's make the bold assumption that Armida's family did not participate in this production 'for free' - w/o any $ compensation..., if so...

Maybe they already have Armida's college money and are looking for a bit more?

I don't doubt it a bit. This another one of their tricks.

Let me tell you, Tuesday I was walking on 44st. and 8th Ave. in Manhattan, and I saw this woman in the 20's sitting down on the sidewalk holding a sign that said: I have three brothers, and I have no work, and blablabla, I could not read anymore because I was walking, later on I told my husband let's go back and you tell this woman that she looks very young, and while she is here begging she could be working, I told him to do it because he has no accent, and I was 100% sure that she was an illegal, but my husband didn't want to do it. Seems like this is going to be a new thing in this country, beggers all over.

I was getting out of my car in a shopping mall parking lot recently when a young hispanic woman pushing two small children in a grocery cart approached me and asked for money. She said that she didn't have a job and she needed to buy food for her kids. I told her no. She then moved onto another person getting out of their car. I watched as she approached other people in the parking lot. They all appeared to tell her no. When I came out of the store about a half hour later, a police officer was talking to her. I couldn't stay to watch the outcome. But I haven't seen her there anymore.

It will be interesting to see whether Armida is in Santa Clara's list of in-coming frosh.

Sorry, but I would have told her right there and then, why are you having babies if you can't support them? You are an irresponsible person!

Offer them the phone number to the local Catholic Church, since they insist all the illegal aliens need help and they are compelled to help all the needy people. Let them have at it.

Wonder how long it's going to take before the Catholic Church starts telling them sorry, we don't have any money to help you.
